Gisela Payne has been a qualified sports and remedial soft tissue therapist since 2000 and a tutor for the London School of Sports Massage, both in London and in Southampton, since 2004. She leads in the teaching of posture and clinical rehabilitation, functional anatomy, myofascial and neuromuscular techniques and treating medical conditions.

Her clinical experience in sport includes working in motor racing with the Ferrari Team, GB women cycling Tour de Brittany Team GB 2004-2007, GB World and European Triathlon Championships 2005-2009.

Her clinical experience in more recent years has been working with a vast spectrum of medical conditions such as headaches/migraines, neurological disorders, respiratory conditions and women’s health.

Gisela combines Clinical Reformer Pilates and exercise rehabilitation alongside hands on soft tissue therapy in treatments. She is based at her home in the Cotswolds and also at a physiotherapy clinic, Stratford Upon Avon.
