I have been a soft tissue therapist for over 20 years and have tutored for LSSM for 15years. After qualifying with LSSM in 2005, I have worked with non sporting and sporting people, dealing with their musculoskeletal issues and teaching matwork and machine pilates. I’ve previously worked with the Olympic diving team in Southampton, worked in chiropractor/physio clinics and for 10years have run my own studio. I’m particularly interested now in working with people to improve biomechanical issues through massage and re-training stability.

I keep active myself, running regularly and generally being outdoors. I’m a bit of a quiet soul, love wildlife, foraging, travel and doing mosaics. I now work mainly from my Shepherds Hut on the South Downs as well as a clinic in Bishops Waltham.
